Student programs
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
International cooperation is really important in our activities, having an impact on the research studies as well as improving the didactic programs.
There is an International Cooperation Office - currently we have 304 agreements with science institutions from 41 countries. Over 1 000 academic teachers and students go abroad (excluding international internships) every year.
Seconly, during the academic year 2010/2011, over 370 foreigners have been studying, we organized 48 international conferences with foreign guests.
We realized 26 projects within the frameworks of educational programs of EU and 55 international research projects.
SGGW is a member of prestigious international organizations:

- Association for European Life Science Universities (ICA)
- ICA Regional Network for Central and South Eastern Europe (CASEE)

Since 1990, SGGW take spart in programs: TEMPUS-PHARE, Commett,which has been available for Poland before becoming a member of EU. Since 1998 we take active part in programs such as: Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Tempus, Jean Monnet, other EU programs, COST.
In 2007, the university has started implementing the program called Mundus External Cooperation Window (EM ECW), which includes students and academic teachers exchange with Russian, Middle East and Central Asia universities.
